The Results Are In...

The results are in, it looks like we will be having a mini Jeff joining our family in about 5 months. We couldn't me more excited for this new addition. We are just hoping the next 20 weeks passes as fast as the first 20 so we can meet this little guy! I was a little bit shocked when they said that they are 100% sure there is a little boy in this growing belly of mine, but as soon as the shock wore off I was as happy as a clam! Jeff is ecstatic and can't wait to start doing guys stuff with this little man. We both feel so blessed to have this little one joining our family.

The Munchkin

So today be a good mom and post some pictures of the munchkin.   I had a 14 week appointment on Wed and got to see the baby.  It was kicking and moving all over, and the crazy part is that I can't even feel it.  I was sad that Jeff wasn't able to be there to see the baby, but we might go back next week so he can have a look too.  I still am having a hard time believing that we are going to be parents in the next little while.  It is truly so amazing!  If you look really close you can see our babies hand, which has a striking resemblance to Mario and Luigi's.  It's so cute!

Big News!

For those of you who haven't heard Jeff and I are expecting our first baby April 13th 2010. We couldn't be more excited! We have waited quite a while for this time in our lives to come, and I can honestly say it is so much more exciting than I had anticipated. I am busy as a bee trying to get as many hours as school as possible so I can make sure that I do not have to go back after I have the baby. Jeff is keeping himself busy during his lonely night working on consulting projects and taking care of his responsibilities as Elders Quorom President. He seriously works harder than anyone I know.
We were able to see our little pinto bean a few weeks ago at our first Dr's appt. I would post a pic , but you really can't see anything. It pretty much just looks like a black blob, but I think it's super cute! I am going to try and update our blog more than once every 6 months so I can document the progress of our growing family. I guess the first thing I will need to do is post a pic of my chubby self, so be excited for the next post!

Spring Update

So I know I have been the worst blogger ever, but things have just been really busy!  Jeff is still loving his job at Omniture, which has been such a blessing in our lives.  I am still working at 1800Contacts and going to school.  It is official I have 700 hours at school which is great!  Only 1300 hours to go.  I should be finishing school in the second week of January.  It seems like forever, but I have a weekly count down going on and I only have 36 1/2 weeks left.  Not too shabby!  Besides work and school not much else has been going on in the Fuhriman household.  We are getting really anxious for summer and all of the fun that comes along with it.  I will try to be better at updates, and hopefully the next post will have some pictures to go along with it!

Christmas and New Year's Wrap Up

It is official...  I am absolutely the worst blogger ever!  So I decided that I would catch everyone up with a wrap up of our holiday season.  Jeff and I had a wonderful Christmas this year.  We spent Christmas Eve with my family watching A Christmas Story and wearing our new pj's.  On Christmas day we opened presents at our house enjoyed our morning and then headed up to my parents house.  Later that night we went to Jeff's mom's and had a great time watching Kung Fu Panda and seeing our adorable niece dress up in her kung fu suit (a nike sweat suite we gave her for Christmas) and fight the bad guys.   For New Year's we went over to our favorite friends house and played Deal or No Deal and came home with a bunch of treasures.  It was a blast!  

Jeff and I just got home from cruising the Caribbean with my family.  It was a blast and hopefully I will have some pictures to post shortly.
